Homeware & Accessories
Shipping fees for homeware and accessory items will be calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.
For remote or hard-to-access locations, shipping may be quoted separately to ensure the most suitable delivery option.
Furniture & Bulky Items
Furniture shipping is quoted based on:

All furniture deliveries are quoted for one-person delivery, and assistance may be required upon arrival for larger or heavier items.
If additional delivery support is needed, please inform us at the time of ordering so we can provide an accurate quote.
Quoted delivery fees assume easy access (no stairs, narrow entries, or special handling requirements).
If your location involves stairs, elevators, restricted access, or other special conditions, please notify us in advance.
Delivery Timing
If you require delivery on a specific date, we are happy to try and accommodate where possible — simply let us know when placing your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and we aim to dispatch ready items within 24–48 hours (Applies to items in stock) and as soon as possible for pre-ordered items.
Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or product launches, slight delays may occur as we are a small, hands-on team.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, our team will contact you a few days prior to arrival to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Tracking & Support
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
