Warranty

All Rây Hàng Mây products are covered by a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing faults or structural defects under normal residential use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Natural aging and patina of rattan over time

• Variations in color, texture, or weave inherent to handcrafted and natural materials

• Changes caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, weather, or environmental conditions

• Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or unsuitable placement

Natural variations are a defining characteristic of handcrafted rattan and are not considered defects.

Returns & Claims

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• A description of the damage or fault

• Clear photos of the affected area

• Your invoice or order number

Non-delivery or delivery issues must be reported immediately upon notice.

Final Sale Policy

• All orders are final once the order is confirmed and the final invoice has been issued.

• Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after confirmation.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• Returns based on preference or natural variation in handcrafted materials (such as rattan tone, weave pattern, or minor dimensional differences) are not accepted.
